Lead Automation Tester

A company is looking for a Lead Automation Tester to join their automation team and work on enterprise software products engineering. Key Responsibilities Oversee and propose improvements to existing automation frameworks Work with project development and QA teams to execute automated tests in a Continuous Integration environment Create and execute automated tests, analyze results, and provide feedback on test scripts and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field At least two years of experience in automation testing of insurance software Proficiency in Java, Selenium, TestNG, PostgreSQL, and Jenkins Familiarity with Glassfish Jersey, Spring Framework, and Kubernetes Experience in leading and supervising junior team members
