Lead Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Lead Help Desk Technician to provide superior customer service and support for application users while managing a team of Tier 0 Help Desk Technicians. Key Responsibilities Receive customer help desk phone calls and service requests for support Provide direct production support services for application users and implement incident management processes Manage and evaluate the performance of Tier 0 Help Desk Technicians and maintain FAQs and SOPs for common issues Required Qualifications Associate degree required 3+ years of relevant experience CompTIA Security+ certification required; Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Certified: m365 Fundamentals are highly desired Must be a US citizen Background check required
