Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends and hiring best practices
Implement data-driven recruiting methodologies to optimize processes and enhance candidate experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth, SaaS, or tech-driven environments
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
Exceptional sourcing skills with expertise in outbound recruiting and passive talent engagement
Strong stakeholder management experience partnering with senior leadership
Data-driven approach, comfortable with recruiting metrics and ATS optimization
