Learning and Development Administrator
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Admin.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for Learning and Development questions and ensure timely resolution of issues
Create and maintain accurate employee training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Lead New Hire Orientation and provide reports to leadership to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent experience
1+ years' experience in a professional administrative or training-related role
Experience with business or administrative software systems (LMS, CRM, HRIS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Self-motivated and highly organized with a reliable work ethic
