A company is looking for a Therapy Program Manager, Behavioral Health. Key Responsibilities Evaluate systems and processes to enhance care delivery by contracted clinicians Identify and implement growth initiatives to streamline operations and improve quality metrics Manage clinician escalations, retention goals, and participate in training and onboarding of therapists Required Qualifications At least three years of clinical post-independent licensure experience as a Masters Level Therapist or Psychologist Minimum two years of experience in remote healthcare people management; five years preferred Licensed provider in good standing with state board(s) Active and unrestricted license in Home State Must meet all clinical and educational requirements as outlined in the Clinician Employment Agreement
