A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' needs and determine case resolution strategies Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and address complex clinical indicators impacting care planning Perform crisis intervention and coordinate follow-up care for members in crisis Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders Experience using Motivational Interviewing and good technological skills Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license Minimum of a Master's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health or related field
