A company is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Investigate and document claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings Conduct policy reviews, manage reserves, negotiate settlements, and prepare damages and injuries reports Provide technical expertise and support catastrophe response as needed Required Qualifications 7+ years of property and/or liability claims experience 3+ years of homeowners or commercial liability & litigation claim handling experience Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if required Complete understanding of Section II of a homeowner's policy Highly effective investigation skills
