Key Responsibilities
Oversee the due diligence process, setting objectives and timelines for assessments
Lead due diligence projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Analyze employee benefits programs and related cost structures to identify risks and opportunities in M&A transactions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the employee benefits space
Advanced experience with mergers and acquisitions and due diligence
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Life & Health Brokerage License required
Well-rounded understanding of employee benefit plan offerings and compliance needs preferred
