A company is looking for an Adventure Lead to guide students through outdoor and leadership experiences. Key Responsibilities Facilitate transformational learning experiences and meaningful reflections during adventures Plan and coordinate site-specific adventures, ensuring safety and logistical arrangements Lead events, manage budgets, and maintain communication with participants and parents Required Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Valid and current driver's license Outdoor and leadership experience Current First Aid & CPR certification Experience working with students in grades 6-12
