Key Responsibilities Review and verify new loan submissions and ensure completeness before submission to Underwriting Compile and process loan documents in a timely manner to meet closing dates Communicate with various parties involved in the loan process and manage the loan pipeline in Encompass Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of FHA/VA Loan Processing experience and 5 years total in retail mortgage lending Experience with Encompass and nCino systems Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, USDA, 203k, and Sec 184 loan program guidelines High school diploma or equivalent is required Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
