Louisiana Licensed Account Executive
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive, TPA to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business relationships with assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Coordinate plan design reviews and strategies, providing financial analysis and recommendations for benefit modifications
Manage escalated issues and problem resolution while maintaining appropriate documentation and communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
State health insurance license required upon hire, and life insurance licenses within 3 months
Experience in account management with a focus on customer retention
Proven ability to maintain an excellent driving record
5+ years of sales and/or service experience in the insurance industry preferred
High level of expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
