macOS Support Engineer
A company is looking for a macOS Support Engineer (Tier 2-Level, Client-Facing).
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support in cross-platform environments, primarily macOS
Deploy workstations and mobile devices using MDM/RMM tools and custom scripts
Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems escalated from the Help Desk team
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of full-time IT experience
1-2 years experience managing Macs with MDM platforms
Solid understanding of Apple Business Manager and Automated Deployment Workflows
Experience with application deployments and patch management
Proven ability to set customer expectations and a commitment to a client-first mentality
