Managed Services Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of medium and senior network engineers
Ensure client service requests are handled promptly and professionally
Oversee daily operations of the MSP team, ensuring timely delivery of IT services
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in an MSP environment
1-2 years of experience managing engineers in an MSP environment
Strong understanding of IT systems, network management, and service management methodologies
Experience with ITIL frameworks or similar service management methodologies
ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification is preferred
