Managed Services Product Manager

A company is looking for a Vendor Product Manager, Managed Services. Key Responsibilities: Own Strategic Vendor Relationships by managing core IT vendor relationships and staying informed on product changes Champion the company to Vendors by promoting visibility, enablement, and support Optimize Pricing and Programs through negotiation of pricing and promotional programs with vendors Required Qualifications: 5+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, or vendor/program management within managed services or telecom/IT Deep technical understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, and familiarity with key vendors Strong experience managing vendor programs, relationships, and pricing structures Proven success in enabling sales teams with training and product/pricing updates Previous experience in channel sales, vendor management, or contract negotiations
