Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Directors to ensure clients achieve strategic objectives and maximize platform value
Drive technical implementation success and provide expert consultation to clients on optimizing platform benefits
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of financial technology markets and products
3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, client enablement, or solution consulting role, preferably in fintech or SaaS
Proven track record of helping clients achieve business outcomes through technology solutions
Strong consultative skills with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs
Experience working collaboratively on deal teams alongside sales and customer success personnel
