Manager of Reporting and Analytics

A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting & Analytics. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting and analytics requirements and transform raw claims data into metrics and insights Develop and maintain standard visual reports on claims-based KPIs, ensuring stakeholders have a clear understanding of operational performance Utilize Power BI to design analytics dashboards and operational reports, while validating data accuracy and training end users on dashboards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred) Four years of experience in a reporting and analytics environment in the healthcare industry Two years of experience developing dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI or Tableau Strong SQL query skills and knowledge of data warehouses and big data technologies Experience with healthcare claims data and dashboarding is required
