Key Responsibilities: Leads business development with insurance/reinsurance companies to source casualty ILS transactions Oversees the transaction process from initial pitch to mandate execution, including financial modeling and deal presentations Participates in marketing, transaction due diligence, and term negotiations leading to transaction closing Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in reinsurance broking, P&C ILS origination, or investment banking/advisory in the insurance sector Extensive network with insurance/reinsurance executives In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance and reinsurance, with a strong understanding of casualty risks Understanding of re/insurance company capital models Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus
