Michigan EMS Competency Manager
A company is looking for an EMS Competency Manager, State Administrative Manager-15.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, development, and maintenance of EMS competency exams and related contracts
Advise on exam development, policies, and procedures, and manage appeals related to exam accommodations
Monitor education program content and manage complaints related to exam content and administration
Required Qualifications and Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in any major
Preferred: Master's degree
Required: Four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
Preferred: Experience in the EMS and education field, including as an EMS program Director
Alternate education: High school completion with relevant safety and regulatory experience may substitute for education and experience requirements
