Mortgage Lending Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Mortgage Lending Compliance Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage pre-funding and post-closing quality control and due diligence functions Provide compliance support as the primary liaison to compliance clients Conduct compliance audits and assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures Required Qualifications 5 years of compliance experience; CRCM preferred Ability to understand and interpret mortgage lending laws such as RESPA, TILA, and ECOA Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with databases like MS Access 7 to 10 years of mortgage lending experience preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and production personnel
