A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator responsible for overseeing administrative duties related to the customer service process.
Key Responsibilities
Draft incoming referrals with necessary demographic information and process intake according to workflow procedures
Filter and manage client emails, providing information and delegating as needed
Assist with the intake process, including uploading records and handling outreach for necessary information
Required Qualifications
Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work
