Network Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Network Support Specialist to provide infrastructure support and ticket resolution. Key Responsibilities Triage and resolve incoming Service Desk tickets related to infrastructure Support infrastructure components including data centers, routers, and Azure services Identify and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues Required Qualifications Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 2-3 years of relevant experience in a business environment Proficiency in network concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP and network security Experience with server hardware, operating systems, Office 365, Azure, and Entra Id Basic PowerShell experience
