Key Responsibilities Lead the Clinical Development Team through clinical phase II - III trials and support product life cycle optimization Prepare and manage the Clinical Development Plan, including resource planning, timelines, and budget management Conduct ongoing risk-benefit assessments and communicate project strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Experience in pre-revenue biotech environments with a track record of advancing drugs through registration Direct experience interacting with regulatory agencies and overseeing drug market entry processes Able to navigate cultural differences between German and American working styles Open-minded, innovative, and solutions-oriented with a focus on strategic and creative thinking
