A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter II (1099 Contract). Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive-level and specialized technical roles Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and build external partnerships Support business development by developing talent pipelines and providing market intelligence Required Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years as a technical recruiter Experience in sourcing candidates with high-level government security clearances Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Background in workforce planning and talent strategy development Active participation in industry-specific recruitment networks or professional organizations
