A company is looking for a Manager, Appraisal to support the real property collateral valuation process. Key Responsibilities Solicit bids for appraisal/valuation services and engage fee appraisers as needed Independently review real estate appraisal/valuation reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Assist with audits, ad hoc projects, and serve as a resource for appraisal vendors and colleagues Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field required State Certified General Appraiser license in good standing required MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal/valuation or appraisal review experience Experience with appraisal management software and financial modeling in ARGUS Enterprise preferred
