A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (Remote). Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting a patient's medication history, including prescription and over-the-counter medications Review medical charts and pharmacy records to compile a comprehensive medication list Identify and communicate any discrepancies in medication dosages or records to the pharmacist Required Qualifications Must be Certified within their state and Nationally (PTCB) Must have 2+ years of Health plan/Insurance experience in a pharmaceutical-based position High school diploma or equivalent Active CPhT license in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy and National board (PTCB) 3+ years of CPhT experience
