A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - Bronx / Westchester area). Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases Prepare and draft legal documents, and attend court hearings and other legal proceedings Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar 1 - 4 years of experience as a licensed Attorney Successful completion of courses focused on legal research, writing, and analysis Capable of organizing case files and managing legal documents Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater New York area
