Member Service Advisor
A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I to provide high-quality service and support to members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate service while understanding member needs and promoting products
Resolve product or service issues and perform member account maintenance
Offer first-tier technical support for electronic services and maintain member confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
