North Carolina Employee Relations Consultant
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on employee relations matters
Investigate and resolve complaints related to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace relationships and morale
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Seven or more years of experience in Human Resources, with at least four years in Employee Relations or Labor Relations
Knowledge of NC Office of State Human Resources regulations preferred
Strong understanding of state and federal labor laws
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
