A company is looking for a Director of Compliance - Risk Assessment to lead and execute compliance risk assessment and regulatory inventory programs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement compliance risk assessments and maintain related procedures Manage regulations inventory and ensure relevant laws are researched and documented Collaborate with business units and senior leadership to align compliance objectives with enterprise risk appetite Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related fields, or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape at federal and state levels Expertise in researching and interpreting laws and regulations Knowledge of the regulatory change process and its impact on existing laws Ability to produce compliance documentation and reports
