A company is looking for a Change Manager to lead agency-wide projects and facilitate successful change management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead agency-wide projects and manage business process redesigns Utilize tools and techniques to guide stakeholders through the change process Act as a resource for leaders and team members to enhance change management practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, management information systems, project management, change management, or a related field, or equivalent experience Professional experience in user adoption, process redesign, and/or project management Experience leading change management activities within projects Training and certification in project or change management methodology (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) is preferred
