A company is looking for a Jumbo/Non-QM Underwriter to join their West Coast Team. Key Responsibilities Underwrite Jumbo/Non-QM loans and manage 45+ initial underwrites per month Communicate loan status regularly with Loan Officers and Processors using current technology Assist with training and maintain a current knowledge of products and underwriting policies Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of underwriting experience with Jumbo and Non-QM loans Recent experience with DU and LP input and interpretation Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment Proven leadership skills and high integrity required
