A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach an online course in Human Factors I: Principles and Fundamentals. Key Responsibilities Teach BSHF 300 - Human Factors I: Principles and Fundamentals course online Facilitate understanding of Human Factors Psychology principles and methods Optimize interaction between people and machine elements in various systems Required Qualifications Doctor's or Master's degree in a relevant teaching discipline Master's degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours) Degrees in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognition, or Human Factors are preferred Experience in related disciplines such as Engineering or Human Factors Engineering is beneficial Must be located within the United States while working for the institution
