Online Event Support Agent
A company is looking for an Online Event Support Agent to assist attendees during live online events. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer support using Freshdesk during live online events Attend pre-event meetings and coordinate coverage with the Event Agent Coordinator Provide technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience as a customer support agent is preferred Familiarity with meditation or dharma organizations is a bonus Proficiency in English; Chinese language proficiency is highly valued Proficient in using computer software and open to learning new tools Experience with cloud-based customer support software is a plus
