Operations Finance Director
A company is looking for an Operations Finance Director. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Operations team, including Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT Lead financial analysis, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives for operational performance Manage on-site plant controllers and oversee operating expense planning and forecasting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred 8-10 years of relevant finance experience in a manufacturing environment 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role such as Site Controller or Finance Director Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with accounting standards Strong financial and analytical skills with strategic thinking abilities
