Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and design, implement, and evaluate education programs for employees

Required Qualifications
7 years of experience in employee benefits operations, learning and development, or training
Moderate understanding of underwriting work related to employee benefits
Experience in designing and delivering training programs for diverse learning styles
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Ability to analyze data and evaluate training program effectiveness
