A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote counseling and therapy treatment to patients in Oregon. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based patient care modalities in individual and group therapy settings Review and sign patient clinical assessments, treatment plans, and maintain clinic records Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team Required Qualifications Active or willing to obtain an Oregon License as a Licensed Professional Counselor Experience with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy Ability to document services and patient activities in compliance with clinical practices Participate in ongoing education and supervision to maintain competency Experience in providing case management services for recovery and community reintegration
