Organizational Development Partner
A company is looking for an Organizational Development Partner to support its rapidly scaling teams in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes that support rapid growth and scalability
Design, deliver, and facilitate programs focused on leadership excellence and team building
Drive and improve performance management processes, talent mapping, and succession planning
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Talent Development in high-growth environments
Strong expertise in leadership development and change management
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable OD programs
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Organizational Psychology or related fields
Master's degree in Organizational Development or a related field is a plus
