Key Responsibilities
Generate original ad content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Translate data insights into creative concepts and propose fresh ideas based on performance metrics
Produce multiple ad assets weekly and iterate on top performers based on test results
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of design experience focused on paid media ads, preferably in B2B/Fintech
A portfolio showcasing original assets optimized for conversion
Deep understanding of platform requirements and ad specs
Strong competency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
