A company is looking for a Partner Renewal Specialist - Sales Support. Key Responsibilities: Consult with the sales team to provide renewal quotes and adjust proposals Track and update the status of open opportunities and promote multiyear and financing options Manage pre-sales tasks and process post-sales requests, including maintenance quoting Required Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Support, preferably in technology Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Experience with customer retention strategies Familiarity with Cisco service solutions is a plus Intermediate consultation and renewals skills
