A company is looking for a Patient Access Contact Center Agent. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources Schedule appointments using the Epic electronic medical record system and manage patient registrations Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a contact center or phone-based customer service role Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills Ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy Familiarity with contact center software and technology Comfortable working in a remote environment
