Payor Partnership Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Payor Partnership Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients
Collaborate with Customer Operations teams to resolve stakeholder roadblocks
Work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing issues
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare billing
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer assistance via phone, chat, and email
Experience with health insurance and billing processes
Intermediate level of technical understanding
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
