Payroll Reporting Analyst
A company is looking for a Payroll Reporting Analyst, responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of payroll results through regular audits and verifications of data inputs & outputs
Identify, plan, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and errors
Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external payroll audits related to payroll tax compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a minimum of 8 years of payroll-related experience
Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with multi-state payroll tax
Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas
Prior experience with case/ticket management systems
