Key Responsibilities Acquire valid right of way for electric distribution and communication facilities and negotiate with property owners Ensure timely completion of right of way agreements and assist in major distribution projects Serve as a liaison between property owners and the company, addressing customer inquiries and issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, real estate, or STEM disciplines with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with five years of experience Working knowledge of real estate law, procedures, and courthouse functions Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and legal documents related to real estate Notary License - PA Notary Public Appointment required Valid Driver License with a satisfactory record required
