A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist. Key Responsibilities Identify improvement opportunities throughout the customer journey for passengers and clients Analyze friction points in processes and propose enhancements based on value analysis Lead improvement projects and collaborate with support teams to ensure high service quality Required Qualifications Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in process optimization or continuous improvement roles Proactive and autonomous individuals eager to drive change Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
