People Strategy Principal
A company is looking for a People Strategy Principal - Chief of Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and prioritization across the People Team by aligning stakeholders around goals, timelines, and outcomes
Coordinate key inputs and project deliverables to ensure progress across multiple HR focus areas
Translate complex information and HR data into clear, compelling stories using well-designed presentation materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Seven years of work experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Project Management, Information Technology, Analytics, or Business Planning
Experience engaging with executive-level management in relevant fields
Proven track record of managing projects across matrixed organizations with minimal supervision
Familiarity with HR or business transformation efforts in large enterprise environments is a plus
