Permitting Specialist PA/WV/OH

A company is looking for a Permitting Specialist II/III/IV. Key Responsibilities Obtain site development permits, licenses, and clearances for midstream projects Manage multiple vendors and ensure timely submission of permit applications Lead negotiations and communications with federal, state, and local agencies Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction and the natural gas industry Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology preferred Experience with regulatory environments in PA, WV, and OH Knowledge of permitting processes including Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Ability to manage complex permitting projects with minimal supervision
