Key Responsibilities Fine-tune, distill, and optimize LLMs for improved performance and efficiency Improve on-device model architecture using frameworks like MLX, ONNX, and TFLite Build evaluation pipelines to track model performance and collaborate with teams to enhance datasets Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience optimizing and productionizing modern ML models Deep experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs beyond simple LoRA fine-tuning Production experience with a modern coding language like Python Experience in independently running critical projects and shipping ML features Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members
