Print Service Specialist

A company is looking for a Print Service Specialist to act as a liaison between support teams and print facilities while directly resolving customer matters. Key Responsibilities Support Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts for Payroll Critical matters and Change Maintenance Coordinate onboarding of new accounts for Print Service and assist with bank testing prior to client go-live processing Monitor files and shipping notifications, handle special print requests, and build strong peer relationships across the organization Required Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel Past customer service experience with excellent outcomes is preferred Ability to manage tasks in an organized and proactive manner Willingness to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule as needed Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
