Key Responsibilities Lead and manage transformation change management delivery from initiation to closure Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and training programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
