A company is looking for a Project Manager, Operations to serve as the primary Workfront Administrator and process traffic controller. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Workfront system administration, including configuration, user roles, and reporting Ensure adherence to operational processes and monitor project timelines across teams Lead cross-functional meetings to drive Workfront initiatives and support operational change management Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency Experience as a Workfront System Administrator or similar project management tool Strong understanding of agency operations and cross-functional workflows Comfortable leading process training sessions and supporting user adoption initiatives Certified Workfront Administrator is a plus or willingness to become certified
